New format uses journaling techniques to let students investigate how Jewish teachings can guide everyday decisions. This spring Behrman House will introduce two student journals, Jewish Holidays, Jewish Values and Our Place in the Universe, together with matching lesson plan manuals, that will help students construct their learning in new ways.

Now Students Can Earn Badges for their Online Hebrew Work
We've added another cool tool for students to the Online Learning Center Students now will be able to track their progress by earning and collecting new Hebrew and Bible badges. As students complete each lesson in Ready, Set… Go Alef Bet, Alef Bet Quest, and Kol Yisrael Volumes 1-3, as well each of the five elements of the Lamed Vavnik Quest in The Explorers Bible, they will earn a new badge, which will become aprt of their permanent record in the OLC.
Connect Students to Israel with ISRAEL21c Teacher's Edition
Enrich your students’ exploration of Israel with articles and videos developed by professional journalists. Behrman House has teamed up with ISRAEL21c to adapt selected ISRAEL21c content for use in Jewish religious schools as a series of downloadable lesson plans for grades 4-7 focusing on modern Israel. Nine installments, a total of 45 indiviudal lessons, of the ISRAEL21c Teacher's Edition are now available in the Behrman House Resource Libraries.
