Babaganewz is back for the new school year, and we're celebrating with some changes.
Monthly releases of new articles and lesson plans are back for the school year. Baba editor Aviva Werner will be releasing three new resources each month, including a Project Based Learning module, a topical video with a lesson plan, and an article focusing on current events. Links from theses featured resources on the Babaganewz home page will take you directly to each new module. No more searches!
Each month Aviva will also feature four timely resources from the Babaganewz backlist that are available free for immediate download. All the Babaganewz lesson plans and articles have been designed for students in grades 4-7. In addition to the monthly featured items, you will also find direct links to free lessons on each of 50 Jewish values. You can see the full list at Babaganewz.com.
Starting this month we've made hundreds of additional popular Babaganewz lessons and other resources free in the Behrman House Resource Libraries. Look for the red FREE sticker on the resource description, or simply click “Only show me resources that are free” in the search area. All the items you download from the Resource Libraries, whether free or for a fee, are yours to keep and can accessed through your order history at My Account. They can also be posted directly into classes in the Behrman House Online Learning Center to be available for your students. Prepaid school and synagogue subscriptions for the Resource Libraries are available, and provide a 20% educator discount on each and every item purchased.
