Just in time for Song Leader Boot Camp in St Louis, February 16–18, Behrman House announces the upcoming publication of “Jews, Technology, and Rock!”—a five-module, downloadable curriculum by singer-songwriter Rick Recht that explores how music, media, and technology impact the lives and Jewish identities of teens.
In this 28-page curriculum, available in the Resource Libraries on February 26, 2014 for $24.95, teens will be able to:

Compare and contrast Jewish, Christian, and secular music while learning how Jewish music can be a part of expressing Jewish identity

Rick will announce the upcoming publication of his curriculum at Song Leader Boot Camp, where for three days our own Terry Kaye, together with 180 other musicians, educators, clergy, and songleaders, will be immersed in collaborative learning and leadership transformation.
On Tuesday morning at the conference, Terry will host an informal conversation with participants about how educators can integrate music into ALL educational experiences.
