Hebrew in Harmony Taps Music as the Source of Kavanah
The roster of acclaimed musicians and performers on the Hebrew in Harmony team continues to grow as we create more music-inspired materials for this groundbreaking curriculum.
Scheduled for release early next year, the second phase of Hebrew in Harmony will feature work by the following artists:
- Ellen Allard
- Elana Arian
- The Bible Players
- Matt Check
- Sam Glaser
- Michael Isaacson
- Naomi Less
- Sheldon Low
- Jay Rapoport
- Jonah Rank
- Six13
- Joey Weisenberg
They join an already illustrious group of today's top musicians that forms the cornerstone of the program, which harnesses the power of music to engage students with prayer. Music creates a safe and welcoming environment rich with opportunities for learning, and adds joy and fun to Hebrew learning.
This week we are filming the videos that accompany each of the prayer modules, hosted by Noah Aronson and Eliana Light, and featuring the comedy genius of The Bible Players. Many thanks to Temple Emanu-El in Livingston, New Jersey, for sharing their beautiful sanctuary with us. Stay tuned for sneak previews in the weeks ahead.
