An Easier Way to Plan Next Year's OLC Classes

This winter many of us have seen our fair share of snow and snow days. Don't let a day out of class stop your students from having a day of productive learning. 

As classrooms are making their way into the digital world, many are finding ways to easily connect students to school work to work around unexpected weather conditions. 

According to a recent article in The New York Times, In the United States, about a third of public school districts already use laptops from school where teachers and students can worl on some assignments when they are away from school. 

Here in New Jersey, Superintendent, P. Erik Gundersen from Pascack Valley Regional High School District started experimenting with virtual learning after effects from Hurricane Sandy. Like most districts, Pascack Valley minimum school days that must be met. Virtual learning offers a way to continue class work around unpredictable weather conditions.
