Hot Topics: Should Marijuana Be Legal?

As Jews we are required to follow the law, yet our tradition tells us not to stand idly by when our neighbor is in trouble. Marijuana has evidence to be beneficial in treating certain diseases, yet is still illegal in many states.

If medical marijuana can truly heal, then might its use be permissible?
