We’re just tickled pink at the performance of our warehouse team this summer.

It’s common knowledge that Behrman House ships fast. That’s very important at the beginning of the year, when books race to get to your classrooms before the children sit down at their desks. That’s why we’ve made a public commitment to ship your order by the next business day after we receive it.

But, we’re doing even better!

During June, July, and August, more than half of our packages went out the same day we received the order. In fact, the numbers were 62%, 71%, and 58%. Same day!

What a great performance by Rich Colburn, our Fulfillment Manager, and by John Baijnath and Charles Ingra, who work with him. My thanks to all of them for playing such a key role in bringing our books to classrooms throughout North America.
